Grant Smereczynsky, former Builder for
Cougar Homes, LLC has announced his “change of hats”
to focus on the Building Systems Network (BSN) www.buildingsystemsnetwork.com.
Smereczynsky’s focus as a systems built builder in Georgia
remains; however, the BSN site will provide a more sophisticated
means of disseminating information, home plans, lending tools
etc. to the homebuyer and to the builder in other areas across
the U.S.
Since 1999, Smereczynsky has built numerous
homes in and out of subdivisions from cape cods, 2-story traditional,
custom designs, ocean homes and ranch homes. During that time,
TV spots such as a televised Clark Howard interview and a
30-minute infomercial, article in Systems Built Magazine,
various Newspaper articles plus HCH Builder of the Year recognized
Smereczynsky’s commitment and enthusiasm to the Systems
Built building process.
